a superbly decorated and well presented house. perfect for our family . 9 adults and 1 small dog lots of space. easy access to train station lovely and quiet will definitely be coming back

Great communication from the hosts, great views. No issues whatsoever. Conwy 30 min walk, Llandudno 10 mins via bus (saves messing around parking in Llandudno) Welsh mountain zoo 20 mins via car. Situated in a great area plenty to do.

Great venue, fantastic views over the estuary and of the castle. Loads of great places to eat and not too far away from the mountains of Snowdonia - what more could you ask for. Really enjoyed our stay thank you

Excellent location and stunning view from the 1st floor lounge. The property is comfortable and has all the extras you need for a relaxing stay.

We stayed with our extended family of 9 and had a wonderful time and there was plenty of space for us all. This is a lovely home with fantastic views over the Conwy estuary. It has parking for 3 cars and is ideally located for bus and train links. There’s plenty of walks locally and easy access to beach and mountains.
